  • A listening ear – someone impartial to talk with confidentially about all aspects of the caring role.
  • Key Support Workers – someone to work intensively with at a time of really challenging circumstances; to listen, support and enable the resolution of problems.
  • Info & signposting – relevant, accurate and clear information about carers rights and where to access local support
  • Group support - Mutual sharing of experiences both emotional and practical, regular contact opportunities
  • Carer Support Fund – To help the carer to fund an activity which will give them a break from caring. 
  • Emergency Card – peace of mind, back up, short term help, FREE
  • Activities & Events- social networking, relaxation, partnership opportunities, consultation & discussion about carer issues
  • Ongoing support when the caring role changes – helping carers manage transitional periods
